Menu Plan 11/30-12/5

This week I am going to try to save money by not going to the store, so I'm planning around what I already have on hand. I think it looks pretty doable after all!

Breakfasts:
Oatmeal, brown sugar, raisins, milk and juice
Eggo waffles, cottage cheese, clementines
Scrambled eggs, toast, juice
Cereal, bananas
Zucchini bread with peanut butter, milk, yogurt
Pancakes, eggs, bacon

Lunches:
Pumpkin Penne pasta, green veggie
Burritos, salad
Egg salad sandwiches, celery sticks
Leftovers x 2

Dinners:
Shepherd's Pie, biscuits, milk, green beans
Chili, cornbread
Asian Noodle skillet, Chinese cabbage salad
Skillet Chicken and chickpeas with butternut squash
Pasta Puttanesca (maybe, unless there's a mutini--spaghetti with tuna and olives? Then just spaghetti with Italian sausage), salad
Pork roast, sweet potatoes, mixed vegetables

snacks:
clementines (they're a favorite around here!)
Make granola
Make granola bars
Yogurt, granola, triple berry fruit parfaits
Smoothies
Banana bread
Cheddar cheese and apple slices
String cheese and crackers
Graham crackers and peanut butter
Etc...:)

  1. Isn't it great when You dont' have to go to the store *unless you want to*. Looks like a great menu using what you have.
